Viafix is an extreme performance, ready-to-use, all-weather pothole, and reinstatement repair material. It permanently fixes potholes and all other defects and reinstates utility cuts and ironwork surrounds on all classes of the carriageway.

Viafix/APHS is solvent-free unlike many cold/deferred set asphalts (the evaporation of volatiles from which cause environmental damage). In the case of Viafix/APHS, the solvent is replaced with vegetable oil, which means that the overall production of Viafix/APHS is a carbon-quenching process. As a one-visit permanent repair solution, only one trip to the repair site is needed; minimizing time, costs, and release of toxic traffic fumes.

Wastage, traffic management, and labour required are all minimized, which means that Viafix/APHS repair is a truly LEAN process.
As a testimony to its impressive environmental credentials, Viafix/APHS is relied upon by the UK Highways Department of numerous Local, Regional, and National Authorities (with their stringent ‘green policies’) as well as the South African Road
Maintenance agency to name a couple.

It comes ready to use and cures on contact with water or moisture. Viafix/APHS can be placed into a flooded pothole and left for compaction by immediate trafficking; with absolutely no rutting or sticking to tires. Repairs can also be carried out in the rainy season with no issues of poor pliability. The longevity, quality and cost efficiency of Viafix/APHS is far superior to that of any other cold asphalt repair
product on the market. Viafix/APHS has zero toxins or solvents and no COSHH issues.

Viafix/APHS can also be used for first-visit permanent reinstatements in footways and carriageways, in compliance with SROH(Specification for Reinstatement of Openings in Highways). Thanks to its design for wet and cold application and its incredible wet weather performance it can be used for unquestionably
permanent, one-visit reinstatements; precluding the need for hot works teams and equipment. All of these claims can be proven with a physical demonstration.
